Privacy Policy

This policy explains how “Eyeball It” (the “App”) handles information about its users.

Your results and what the App saves

The App does not send your results or scores to a server, and it does not save them in your browser. The whole game runs inside your browser, and your results disappear when you close the page.

The only things the App saves in your browser are:

Sharing your result

When you tap “Share on X” on the result screen, an X post screen opens with your result text (emoji, total score, and rank) filled in. Whether to post it is up to you, on X's screen. “Copy result” just copies the same text to your device's clipboard and doesn't send it anywhere.

Content loaded from outside services

The App uses fonts from Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your browser connects to Google's servers.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service.

For more information, see how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Analytics

To understand how the App is used and improve it, the App uses Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

To improve the game, the App also tells Google Analytics when a game starts and ends (the mode you played, your total score, and your rank), when you share a result (which share method you used), and when you click a link to another nacn.app game. Nothing that identifies you is sent, and in places where consent is required, none of this is sent until you agree to cookies.

You can refuse this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For details on how Google handles data, see how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookie consent

For visitors from countries where prior consent is required, such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, we show a cookie consent notice at the bottom of the screen and do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies until you agree. Until then, basic measurements that do not use cookies (such as the fact that a page was opened) are still sent to Google, and only non-personalized ads are shown. For visitors from the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the site is shown with cookies turned off.

Your choice is saved in a cookie shared by all nacn.app sites (nacn_consent, kept for about 13 months). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Notice for U.S. residents

The operator does not sell personal information. As described above, Google may use cookies to show personalized ads; you can turn this off using the opt-out options in the Advertising section.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA).

Disclaimer

The container sizes and the guides for each amount in the App are simplified to make the game easy to play. When you need an exact amount in real cooking, use measuring spoons or a kitchen scale. The operator is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App.
